This page covers three separate things: who operates this website, what the website itself collects, and what the Confida Integra product discloses when an administrator switches on its update check.

Confida Solutions is a trading name. No company has been registered yet; this page is updated with the company name, legal form and business ID when one is.
The site is static. There is no form, no login, and no database — nothing you can type into it, and nothing about you is stored on it.
It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare terminates the TLS connection and therefore processes your IP address as part of delivering the page; it acts as a processor on our behalf. We do not receive or retain your IP address.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser, and does not track you across other websites — which is why this site shows no cookie banner. It reports aggregate figures only: page views, referring sites, countries and page-load timings.
Fonts are served from this site. Nothing is fetched from a third-party CDN, so no third party learns that you visited.
The contact link opens your own email client. Your message reaches us as ordinary email and is used only to answer you. We do not add senders to a mailing list and we do not pass addresses to anyone else. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time.
This concerns the product, not this website, and applies only to installations whose administrator has switched the check on. It is off by default, and an installation with it off makes no outbound connection at all.
When it is on, the installation fetches a small JSON file from this domain once a day to learn whether a newer release exists. That request carries:
User-Agent header;As with any HTTPS request, the connection reveals the caller's public IP address to Cloudflare. We never read or store it. We record only aggregate counts: how many checks arrived, from which countries (derived at Cloudflare's edge), and which product versions. Because no identifier is sent, two checks cannot be linked to each other, and no request can be attributed to a person or an organisation.
Customers who prefer that their installations never contact us at all can host a copy of the file on their own server and point the installation there. That is a supported configuration, and the setting has a field for it.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). In practice the only personal data we hold is email correspondence you have sent us.
Vulnerability reports are welcome. The coordinated-disclosure policy and contact channel
are published in SECURITY.md in the public repository.
